AZIMUT was founded by Stefan Schlatter, whose career has been dedicated to high-level talent acquisition for more than two decades.
After serving as an officer in the German Army’s mechanised infantry and completing his studies in education within the Bundeswehr, he built extensive international recruitment expertise – both in-house and as an external recruitment consultant.
This includes several years of recruitment work in the United Kingdom (Automotive & Defence), in-house recruitment roles within technical environments, as well as senior recruitment positions for a global wind turbine manufacturer. This blend of international consulting experience and deep industrial know-how shapes our approach to this day.
Today, AZIMUT supports technical companies, defence organisations, energy providers and greentech businesses in hiring the right talent quickly and precisely – from specialists and leaders to project-critical key roles, teams and departments.
